No Cookie Cutter Itineraries, Ever
A trip built entirely around how you actually travel, backed by Fora VIP perks and real logistics muscle when the trip gets complicated.
This Is What Custom Actually Means
I do not run cookie cutter trips. I do not have a pre-packaged itinerary that I sell to everyone and hope it fits. Every trip starts with your needs, your pace, your budget and the way you actually like to travel. Some clients want a five star base and a driver waiting at the curb. Some want a boutique room, a great local cafe and the freedom to wander. I curate around the real people going, not a template.
The Complicated Trips Are Where I Shine
Anyone can book a nonstop for one person. The real test is a trip with moving parts, and that is exactly what I handle.
The details a booking engine will never catch.
Seat assignments across every carrier, checked bag rules that change on each leg, meals pre-selected, passport and visa requirements flagged before anyone gets to the airport and the right documents in hand for every border. When you have five airlines and a dozen segments on one trip, one missed detail can unravel the whole thing. I catch them so you never see them.
Three travelers, three cities, one adventure in Borneo.
On a recent trip I had three travelers starting in three different places who all needed to converge and fly halfway around the world together. I routed them into a single meeting point in the States, put them on the same long haul through Los Angeles and Shanghai into Kota Kinabalu in Borneo, then kept them together for the island legs into Sandakan and back to Kuala Lumpur. On the way home their lives split back apart, so I built three separate return routes, one to Indianapolis, one to New York and one to Denver, each on its own airline pairing and its own timing. That is not a booking a portal can handle. That is a puzzle, and puzzles are my favorite part of the job.
I Make Sure Your Perks Actually Land
Status and loyalty, protected.
I make sure your frequent flyer numbers are on every ticket, your seat preferences carry across each airline and your elite perks are recognized on the carriers that honor them
Real value, not just a nice room.
That VIP tag unlocks priority for room upgrades above credit card and third party bookings, hotel credits to spend on dining, the spa or the bar, and partner amenities like free breakfast, early check in or late check out when available
VIP treatment at the hotel, every time.
I am a Fora travel advisor, and that plugs you into preferred relationships with thousands of hotels worldwide. When a booking comes through me you are flagged as a VIP the hotel wants to impress
The proof is in the pattern.
I have had clients book the exact same property three times through a card portal and never see a single upgrade. Move that same booking through me and the upgrades start showing up
The VIP Touches That Make a Trip
Custom planning is the difference between a reservation and an experience. On a trip through France I arranged a Blacklane car waiting at the airport, a hotel right on the Promenade des Anglais, beach chairs booked through the hotel before arrival and dinner reservations locked in at the restaurants worth going to. Little things, handled early, that turn a good trip into a seamless one. A portal cannot ask you a single thoughtful question. I can, and I do
How it works
discovery call to walk through your trip
1
We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I draft a custom itinerary built around you
2
We take everything from that call and turn it into a trip designed for the actual people going. Flights, hotels, timing and the little touches, all shaped around your pace and your budget.
We refine it together until it is right
3
You review the draft and we adjust. Change a hotel, add a day, tighten the routing, whatever it takes until the trip feels like yours and not a template.
I handle every booking and lock in your perks
4
Once it is approved I book it all and make sure your Fora VIP status, upgrades, hotel credits and loyalty numbers are attached to every reservation.
5
I stay on call the whole way, not a call center
If something comes up mid trip you reach me, the person who planned it, not a support queue. One direct line from the first idea to the moment you land back home.
“I have traveled all over the world but have never tried to organize flights that attempted to get 3 friends living in three different cities on the same international flight, let alone use preferred carries or convenient times. The first travel agent we talked to suggested an itinerary that didn’t check all the boxes and they didn’t seem that invested in working towards our ideal solution. Appleton Travel was 1000% what we needed - someone who enjoys challenging itineraries and seriously considers all the options.”
