I have already run this playbook. For a Strade Bianche group trip to Siena I built the whole thing, flights out of Pittsburgh, a private transfer from Florence scaled to the group size, a hotel block just outside the Campo with villa options, private guides and day trips capped at the right group sizes, all organized through a single intake link so travelers could add themselves to the trip.
I have also handled the hard logistics most agents will not touch. On one trip I coordinated a group flying together from the States into Borneo, then split them into separate individually ticketed returns to different cities on the way home, tracking every confirmation, seat, bag rule and connection so nobody got stranded. Groups are puzzles, and puzzles are my favorite part of the job.
